Extremely RARE!! Lord Of The Rings Collectors "Wooden Box" Edition DVD
This is the extremely rare Chinese wooden box release of the extended edition LOTR dvd set. It was limited to 2,000 sets. It comes with a pack of rare playing cards produced to go with this release, and the cards feature concept artwork from the trilogy. The dvds are boxed in a similar fashion to the European extended version release but these are housed in fantastic extremely detailed wooden box. These were never intended to be sold as the sets were produced and given to retailers as a way to promote the extended cuts of the films on DVD. Very unusual item from the world of LOTR merchandise.
