The printing face is engraved in reverse with the personal address:

It was probably commissioned for printing calling cards, personal stationery, address labels or correspondence. The reverse bears the oval trade stamp of Waller & Co., Engravers, Dublin.
Measures approximately 10 × 7 cm. Substantial original patina, oxidation, staining and surface wear remain, consistent with its age. It has not been polished or restored.
An unusual surviving piece of Dublin social, residential and printing history, particularly relevant to collectors of Rathgar memorabilia, Irish ephemera and antique printing equipment.
