1985 original framed Lennon Musical Poster

The Astoria Theatre, London :- in 1985 a show called 'Lennon' was tried at the Astoria, opening on Oct. 24th, 1985 through 1986, only coming to an end when Michael Jackson acquired the rights to the Beatles back catalogue and permission was revoked for any further productions! It was a show that was loved by everyone who saw it, with the great English actor ‘Mark McGann’ in the role of ‘John Lennon’. This is a really stunning and rare framed poster that is in great condition.

This is an original poster showcasing the musical which has been framed in glass, with a chipboard backing. A timeless collectors item for any Lennon / Beatles fan. Great condition as well minded over the years. Designer: Bob Beaton.
