Front Design: Features the profiles of the Guild Mayor and Mayoress, John J. Ward & M. Ward.
Reverse Design: Detailed Preston Borough coat of arms featuring the Lamb of God and the "P.P." insignia.
Composition: Struck in lightweight aluminium.
