I must admit, the experience has been, at the very least, curious.

The initial response demonstrated a surprisingly limited vocabulary, paired with an unhelpful level of ambiguity and a tone that bordered on discourteous. In light of that, I found it more appropriate not to pursue the interaction further and proceeded to purchase alternative options that same day.

What is even more perplexing is receiving a follow-up two weeks later that, rather than adding any value, simply reiterates the same pattern of careless communication.

Naturally, at this stage, there is no longer any interest in proceeding with the purchase, as the need has already been resolved elsewhere with the efficiency that was lacking here.

That said, it is worth noting that in situations such as this, clarity, timeliness, and a basic level of courtesy are not differentiators — they are fundamental expectations.
