#20: The Punisher is in the Philippines to look up an old friend when he finds himself at odds with the French Foreign Legion.
#21: Punisher poses as a fisherman and gets hijacked by pirates. He kills some of them, then follows the others back to their base. They have a game they play where they chain up hostages in the water and wait for the tide to come, then bet on who the sharks will eat first. Punisher sails in to rescue the hostages.
