This macbook pro runs better with the power adapter, the battery lasts less than an hour so I will suggest to use it always with the plug.

This is the last customizable macbook, that means you can change the SSD for a newer one, there’s multiple videos in youtube showing you how to do it with this specific model (A1398).

Still a very good laptop now.
