For sale Logic Board taken out from Macbook Pro Touchbar 15" 2019. Selling this as for PARTS

This logic board doesn't boot up, no working signs at all.
No signs of liquid damages (is not checked under microscope!).
If any help the charger stuck at 5v instead of 20v.

@ownstyle: Unfortunately I don't have this information, so can't confirm any of your questions. This logicboard is part of a Macbook Pro Touchbar 15" 2019 received as parts. I know this is a 2019 model based on the serial number from the bottom cover.
I did a test of all parts and already explain about the logic board part in my add description.
