Unfortunately the bubble plastic packaging didn't have any paper work. Inside of the latch receiver has the number "1047 120". When I googled this number I came across the Chadwick's listed Union lock (see pictures) that looks Identical. I measured the backset and it corresponds to the 60mm listed in the specs.

@abconnolly: I'll dig out the packaging. I used the latch on another door, so its basically everything that was left - cylinder lock, latch receiver etc.
