Will work with Canon mount lenses, which do not have glass elements going all the way to the back of the lens. In some cases autofocusing will be lost.
Autofocusing will work with most SIGMA APO lenses. Works on Canon 70-200 f4 IS, does not- on 70-200 f2.8 non IS.
