What’s the best you can do collected for it on its own?? Assuming the measurement is accurate 30cm or 12 inches ruler size to head??

4 months

Nintengo

Is that 30 cm to its head or are you counting the hair top with the measurement?? I can collect but want to make sure it’s big enough size
