Lego Technic Fork Lift Truck set, 8843 with original box and instructions. This is an incomplete set, has multiple missing pieces. The box is in rough condition and the instruction booklet is in 2 pieces (the outer 4 pages are unstapled from the inner pages), see pictures for condition.

Comes with the instruction booklet for the Lego set 854 too, it was in the box.
