From way back in 2009 this is a sealed and very rare set from the Power Miners range.
Note there is some damage on the front from where a price sticker was removed - shown clearly in the pictures.
This one is the Mine Mech set that features a great machine to build that also features a pair of minifigures including the monster Boulderax.
It was released in 2009 and retired a year later. It has set number 8957.
