Missing a few components, like screen panels on the front of the building, antenna on top, news stand, taxi, and structure that holds the Daily Bugle sign. The glass wall where green goblin breaks out is also not able to be built. But as you can see I was able to build it in a state shown in pictures
The missing pieces could easily be sourced if buyer wants
