This is a fabulous heavy duty laser printer i used to print 220gsm cardstock on it at home, but for some reason unknown, it's not recognising the black toner, so after a few frustrated attempts to make it work, I just got a replacement one and don't need this one anymore.
Im not an expert and didn't have the time to check how much it would cost to fix it. It may be something simple or not.... I do really not know.
Good for if you in case you know how to fix/ have the time for it/ have the time to send to a proper place to get it fixed or for spare part as this printer itself is very expensive.
Note: this is not a desktop printer, its a industrial one, very heavy and may need 2 person to carry.
