Vintage IBM ThinkPad 760EL (9547) Tilting Keyboard - 64MB RAM + Original Charger

Very rare vintage IBM ThinkPad 760EL laptop from 1996/1997 featuring the famous mechanical flip-up tilting keyboard. Powers on straight into the IBM Easy-Setup system test screens without any BIOS password locks.

The screen is bright, sharp, and completely free of vinegar syndrome, with just two tiny stuck sub-pixels near the top rim. Inside, it has a maxed-out 64MB of RAM. An internal hard drive is installed and detects on boot, reaching the initial DOS prompt, but the operating system files are corrupted and will need a fresh DOS or Windows 95 installation. The floppy disk drive module is present in the front bay.

Cosmetically, the outer lid has heavy peeling to the original black rubber coating, and the small rear plastic strip covering the status lights is missing. The lift-up keyboard hinge works smoothly. Comes complete with its genuine original IBM 16V AC power adapter with a standard 3-pin plug (vintage battery does not hold charge).
