@hightower1980 yeah it wasn’t a great shop, just a local one, they didn’t charge me for it, I’m gonna bring it to a real shop at some stage to see what’s really wrong just haven’t gotten around to it

Very strange that they couldn't tell you what's wrong with the laptop. Looks like it can be anything (motherboard, processor...).
