@ShelyOfla: Hi! Thanks for your enquiry. I used the bike for getting around and in road racing. The bike is perfect for 5ft 8 - the frame size will suit perfectly. There are clip pedals for cycling shoes on the bike at the moment but I can change them to regular pedals if it will be used for commuting and getting around. I am free to meet next week in the afternoon/evening time.
