Converts between being a balance Bike and a pedal bike.
Absolutely brilliant for learning to ride a bike without ever needing stabilisers. My son learnt to ride this bike with the pedal attachment in 30 mins due to his practice on this as a balance bike. It lasted him another year or so before we needed to buy him a larger 18inch bike.

It was stored inside until this spring but was outside (but covered) since recently so the price reflects the following:
- slight rusting to chain.
- rear brake was removed as the wire was sticking out, could be easily replaced of desired but we didn't need it.
- minor scuff marks.
