Brand New Super light Hupcc kids XC mountain bike racing frame Brand New Super light Hupcc kids XC mountain bike racing frame Kids Bikes
Condition:
Brand new

Super light Hupcc / Hup kids XC mountain bike racing frame. Suitable for ages 6 and up (maybe suitable for a 5 year old with 20 inch wheels on)- can take 20 inch or 24 inch wheels.

Includes, headset, mech hanger, thru-axle & cable fittings.
I bought this a while back from kidsracing.co.uk for a project but never started it. One of these new will cost you around €450 to import to the republic.

If you put 24 inch wheels on this frame, your childs inseam measurement will have to be around 58cm to safely stand over it, and around 120cm+ tall. The website says its for kids of 115cm tall or higher, but i'd say child of 115cm tall would only stand over it with some room if putting 20 inch wheels on it.

If you're interested i can do a video and show you the various measurements with either 24 inch or 20 inch wheels on it.

WEBSITE DESCRIPTION:
The HUP xc24 is a lightweight hardtail MTB for cross-country trails, adventure or just plain fun. Born and raised at the UCI MTB World Champs in Glentress, Scotland in 2023, it's a double-butted 7005 frame with boost thru-axles, UDH hanger and XC race-focused geometry. A rocketship of a bike for riders age 5+

Progressive Geo: low standover, slack 66º fork, short stays and designed for 100mm or 120mm forks
Full Size Wheels: 507mm 24" wheels running up to 2.4" tyres
Lightweight: strong, double-butted 7005, UDH hanger - with builds as light as 9kg
Custom Components: custom length cranks, droppers, big gearing, hydraulic brakes (+upgrades as they grow)
Quality Throughout: only top brands including SRAM, FSA, Jagwire, Fulcrum, Rockshox, Manitou, Tekro & KMC
Build Flexibility: frame only, self-build bundles (with/without wheels/fork) or individual components or use your own parts
Lightweight for the climbs (we believe it's easily the lightest 24" Aluminium frame on the market), but still highly capable on the fun descents, bike park trails or sweeping berms. The low standover/low stack gives riders the space to move on the tech sections. Big wheels for it's rider's size, kids-specific geometry (slightly slacker fork angle) and correct fitting components create an agile, responsive and seriously fun bike. The tiny squad had epic days out testing and developing the HUP xc in the Glentress forest, near Peebles.

The frame fits riders from approx 115cm upwards with a low maintenance design featuring full length outer cabling (including the option to fit a dropper post) plus the latest standards such as 12mm thru-axles, 2.4" tyre clearance and a tapered head tube - ensuring future compatibility. SRAM's Universal Deraillieur Hanger system (UDH) also brings the ease of a widely available hanger - so you don't get stuck on the trails after a tumble.

Included with this frame: frame, headset, mech hanger, thru-axle & cable fittings. Self-build bundles or components available separately. HUP frames are handmade/painted in Taiwan. Frame protection tape is highly recommended.
