Passed on by a neighbour, I replaced the 4 perished tyres with new ones.

It's seen some rain and not enough use.
Mechanically sound, the BFR 'reverse the pedals to brake' system still works.
Rust is getting under the seat and lifting paint, so might want to treat it with phosphoric acid or sealant.
Priced accordingly.
