16 inch Kids Bike
Needs new tyres as those are old and have cracks on them (tubes are fine and holding air),front break pads and would be good to change break cables also, especially back one as it seems to reduce movement on breaks. . Otherwise typical for Irish climate rust, but nothing what can't be sanded or painted over. Heavy type solid frame. Working condition. Rusty parts were sprayed with rust remover.
