I am very appreciative of your response. It is absolutely fantastic that a mattress is included.

We have now measured a potential location for this bed, but unfortunately, it appears to be too large for our available space. I sincerely hope this bed finds its new owners as soon as possible.

@artgocode: sorry for the delay. Yes there is a mattress in good condition with it. It's a standard single bed, the frame is 113cm x 103cm x 200cm. I'm here tomorrow but then away 28/07 to 09/08
