Hi, we have been using them as single beds in the attic but they need to be taken apart to bring downstairs. We have painstakingly kept all the bunk parts and assembly instructions can be found online, but we may indeed have them.
The Flexa beds and bunks are very reputable quality. This bunk is about 10 years old but functioned as two beds for about 5 of those years. It has wear and tear over time but not damaged.
