Waldorf blofeld keyboard

Very versatile wavetable/va/sampling synth. Deep sound design capabilities and great sound quality. I ended up getting a quantum not too long after this so I never really use it anymore. It's a fantastic piece of gear however and it would be ideal for anyone looking for a low cost workhorse. It has decent polyphony and multi-timbrality and a distinct character.

Thank you for a quick reply. Yeah, keys exposed to UV light might go yellow over time, that wouldn't bother me that much, just proves some age. I have Prophet '08 like that. But I might just bite the bullet and get a new one or close to new. Yours is a bargain for sure, I'd grab it if I didn't have the desktop version. Sonic possibilities on Blofeld are just endless. Thanks!

@boinskit I've never observed anything wrong with the encoders. I just plugged it in and did a quick test and they are functioning perfectly. It's second hand so I don't know what age it is but it's in excellent condition. The only problem that I can see with it is that the white keys are a bit faded but this obviously doesn't affect the function of the synth.

Hi, could you tell if you have any issues with the knobs? What year did you purchase it and was it new or 2nd hand? I have desktop version which had to eventually go for knob replacement to Germany. I thought it would be nice to have a keyboard version at some stage, but I don't want to deal with shipping it to Waldorf again, if you get me. Thanks
