Bontempi B103 vintage fan / chord organ keyboard - BROKEN

Cute little fan organ from the 70s, made in Italy, with an EU 2-pin plug.
Please note that this is NOT working properly, but I've no doubt it could be fixed. Sadly, I lack the know-how for that kinda thing.
It turns on ok, and the motor/fan spins ok - but the spinning plastic wheel (pic 8) seems to be loose, so it needs to be secured somehow. In addition to this, two keys are broken off (pic 2) but it is my understanding that these keys will still work correctly once the casing is on.
If you've any questions, please ask. I'd love to get this to somebody who could get it back working properly.
