We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our growing team. The role will be for approximately 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Front of house reception duties
Travel management including making bookings and producing travel reports
Managing post, courier & stationery supplies etc
Welcome visitors/organise refreshments or lunches as required
Managing facilities/maintenance requests
Administration support for Human Resources & Senior Management
Support Event Planning
Support meetings/interview set ups
Ad hoc duties as they arise
Ideally a minimum of one years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent Organisational Skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
