Are you our new Account Manager?
You will be responsible to deliver on existing client needs within a team of three and drive up hours in current and new contract acquisitions through client relationship management and business development campaigns. The salary will range from €32'000 to €37'000 depending on experience plus a generous Bonus Package.

You will be involved in the day to day management of the Clients requirements, managing large numbers of agency staff in different site locations and coordinating shift schedules within the hospitality environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager who wants to work with an established company who has strong contracts already in place for nearly over 20 years.
The job has three core responsibilities:
Client & Hours Management & Development – You will be supporting the Client with all staff needs across the Hospitality Sector. Visiting / calling / liaising with our client on a daily basis to ensure our service is being delivered to the highest standards. You will be cross-selling & up –selling other services we offer so previous sales experience or business development experience would be an advantage.
TEMP’s Management & Development – You will be sourcing & screening applicants for suitable positions through advertising, job boards, headhunt and social tools. Making decisions on hiring of applicants / assessing candidate’s suitability for client locations.
Delivering a Quality Service – Compliance with regulatory standards, client Compliance – you will be expected to drive the highest quality standards ensuring compliance with company processes and procedures.
Must have at least 2 years experience working in a similar role
Experience of human resource management principles and practices an advantage
Good IT skills and sales skills
Problem analysis and solving skills
Proven decision-making / negotiation skills
Customer service experience essential
