POStech our market leaders in POS specialising in Oracle Hospitality products here in Ireland and a position has become available for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team.

POStech are delivering world leading Hospitality ORACLE POS systems to top Hotels in Ireland and supply rapid deployment Cloud POS solutions for chain restaurant and bars here in Ireland and in the UK. We also have SPA and Gym management software which can be seen in all of Irelands top SPAs and Gyms within the hotel markets. We supply retail security solutions as well with our Partners InVue we are well represented in the Retail security markets as being a preferred solution to many.

As the sales manager you would be responsible for maintaining high level relationships, developing new strategic partnerships and leading the direction of both sales and marketing for the company. You must have the ability to manage a sales team and have a high capacity for technical sales as a competent handover is essential from sales to our team of trainers and installers for project delivery. We are dynamic and always on the lookout for new complementary products for our customers so the ability to spot trends and product would be advantageous as IT is always changing and POStech adapts to these changes.

Having and IT, Hospitality or SaaS background would be beneficial as well as a proven track record of sales success as well as sales planning is essential. Having a good handle on new sales techniques would be useful to direct our marketing team on sales generation and a working knowledge of targeted campaigns would be useful but not essential.

If you have 5 years of relevant experience, a thirst for knowledge and the ability to direct and adapt to a fast paced IT and hospitality sector you will thrive as will POStech and we want to hear from you.

Package:
Salary dependant on experience, company car , laptop, phone as standard. A generous uncapped commission structure with company performance bonus. The successful application would report to the CEO directly and will have massive influence on direction of travel at the highest level.
