POStech Limited is an IT Service Company based in Citywest Business Campus , Dublin 24. We are seeking an energetic candidate with strong administration and organisation skills as well as a general administrative role the successful candidate will be charged with working closely with our Sales, Finance and Customer Service functions.
Desireable Previous Experience:
Office Administrator with Accounts Experience desirable. Reporting to Customer Service Manager.
The ideal candidate will have min of 3 years’ experience in a similar role and preferably with service industry experience. SAP business One and Salesforce experience would be an advantage.
Point of contact for incoming calls
Dealing with day to day office administration
Maintaining and running of an efficient well organised office
Dealing with customer service queries
Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
Other Administrative duties as required
Processing Supplier Orders
Ad Hoc tasks
Self-motivated who enjoys a varied role
Ability to prioritise work, multitask and work on own initiative is essential
Excellent PC skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office
Would need to be confident, mature, enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and professional in your approach to work.
Should be able to combine good interpersonal skills with an ability to pay attention to detail.
