SUMMARY OF ROLE:
We are recruiting a People & Operations Coordinator for a well-established multinational organisation based in Dublin 11. This permanent role combines HR administration, payroll support and office/facilities coordination, offering excellent exposure and clear opportunity to grow and develop within a corporate environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate HR administration, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Support payroll, benefits and employee record management
• Maintain HRIS and accurate personnel documentation
• Manage office facilities, suppliers and service contractors
• Act as first point of contact for day-to-day people and office queries
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• 1–3 years’ experience in HR administration, office administration or operations support
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
• Professional communication skills
• Genuine interest in developing HR knowledge and career progression
RATE OF PAY:
€38,000–€42,000 per annum
(Total package value approx. €43,000–€45,000 including bonus, pension and medical benefits)
WORKING HOURS:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
36.25 hours per week
