Administration and Letting Management position available in a very busy Auctioneers Office in West Dublin.
- Receiving rents and paying Landlords
- Dealing with property maintenance issues
- Organizing contractors
- Property Inspections
- Administrative support for the office.
- Dealing with walk-in, telephone and email enquiries.
- General office administration
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Good phone manner
Excellent computer skills
Efficient and highly organised individual
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to work on own initiative
Knowledge of LETMAN software a distinct advantage
Letting Licence (PSRA) would also be an advantage however is not essential
This role may suit someone with previous experience in an Estate Agents, However this is not essential as full training will be given
