Admin and Letting Management position available in a very busy Auctioneers Office in West Dublin.
- Receiving rents and paying Landlords
- Dealing with property maintenance issues
- Organizing Contractors
- Property Inspections
- Attend Viewings
- Administrative support for the office.
- Dealing with walk-in, telephone and email inquiries.
- General office admin
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Good phone manor
Excellent computer skills
efficiency and highly organised individual
Must be an excellent communicator both orally and written
Positive attitude and ability to work on own initiative
This role may suit someone with previous experience in an Estate Agents, However this is not essential as full training will be given.
Knowledge of LETMAN software an advantage
Letting Licence (PSRA) would also be an advantage however not essential
