We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Medical Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our busy and fast-paced clinic.
Full time and Part time positions available.
Responsibilities:
• Greeting and assisting patients in a courteous manner
• Managing appointments and phone calls
• Handling patient records and confidential information
• Processing payments and administrative paperwork
• Supporting doctors and clinical staff with day-to-day operations
• Maintaining a smooth and efficient front desk environment
Requirements:
• Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
• Experience in a medical or healthcare setting is an advantage
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient computer and phone skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busy clinic
