@Gmpd I think it would probably suit either hand, it's designed more for the proper actual backswing position and follow through etc and to strengthen the muscles too.

I was thinking more about the grip, the grip looks like it is moulded to fit either a left ir right handed golfer

@Gmpd yes it works the exact same for both left and right handed golfers. Right handed via left foot and left handed via right foot position when using it for practice swing.
