Every stage car seat which can be used from birth with a 5 point harness and later as a backed booster seat with the car seat belt. It can be used rear facing until 18kg.

This car seat hasn't been in a crash but when removing the covers to wash before selling I accidentally broke the polystyrene in one place which is shown in a photograph. It is possible to buy these replacement parts.
