@Dogatehomework Yes, it's suitable for around 13kg — the TWE is rated 9–25kg. When forward-facing it can be installed either in the upright or relaxed/reclined position, so it's not completely bolt upright and is suitable for a child to sleep in. At around 13kg you'd be able to use the more reclined position. It supports rear-facing all the way to 25 kg
