RKS W6 Electric Bike (pedal assist)

Purchased for €1500 in mid 2022.

5 different levels of assist. Max assist is very easy to cycle. 6 speed. I know nothing about unlocking for faster speeds and probably wouldn't recommend it. Might not be possible, RKS are a fairly known brand. I've used it on Max speed for 15-20km cycles and the battery lasts that long. Obviously it lasts longer with lower assist levels.

Comes with the charger with no extra charge obviously.

In the years I've used it I've replaced tubes in both tires. Had disk brake pads replaced and the front disk brake was replaced.

Back brake isn't great. I think it's a wire issue which is a cheap fix, Google will confirm. Front brake is enough I find. Minor rusting on some unimportant screws. Should be visible in photos. The bracket for the front light/horn broke and I haven't bothered replacing so it just hangs there, still works fine. Probably not the most elegant solution. I've kept the bike indoors all this time so it's not in bad condition.

Apart from that I can't think of any other issues, I presume you'd like to inspect. I'm selling relatively cheap accounting for these.

In all honesty I'd bring it to a bike shop for a service if I bought it. They can tell you if the brake pads need replacing (10-15 euro job), or if a new chain is needed (10 euro job). Tire thread seems fine which they'd also check.

I drive now and own two other bikes so looking to make space.
