Parts or repair! Martello Avenue hybrid bike with Swytch e-bike conversion kit
Hello all - this may be the cheapest ebike on Adverts: for parts of repair, a Martello Avenue with Swytch Gen 2 motor and battery.
It powers up, and the motor works in 'walk-alongside' mode, but it won't kick in when pedalling. I've brought it to the MVB ebike garage in Dublin 1 and they've advised that motor and sensor are ok but the handlebar bracket needs replacement. I don't have time to verify/replace so I'd rather pass it on to someone who fancies a bit of a project. Charger and brand new hall sensor disc included.
The bike itself measures 54cm from centre of crank to top of post.
Awful pity - this modest machine flew along until recently, and hopefully it will again: all sorts of modding and repair options out there.
