Here for sale Vintage DUAL 1229 fully automatic turntable, it’s been fully restored and serviced, comes also with brand new cartridge Shure N-75 and new RCA/ground cable fitted.

The Dual 1229 is a legendary 3-speed, fully automatic record changer and turntable manufactured in Germany between 1972 and 1974. Widely considered one of the pinnacles of Dual's "golden age" engineering, it features a heavy-duty idler-drive system that directly couples the motor to the platter via a rubber wheel, resulting in punchy bass and dynamic, warm sound reproduction.

Platter: 3.1 kg (7 lbs) non-magnetic, dynamically balanced cast platter.
Speeds: 33 ⅓, 45, and 78 RPM with a 6% pitch control adjustment variation across all speeds.
Tonearm: 8 ¾ inch torsionally rigid, extra-long all-metal arm featuring an ultra-precise four-point gimbal bearing suspension system.
