A beautiful example of the classic Technics RS-616, dating from 1978–79.

This is a particularly nice and well-preserved example, with its original front panel, large illuminated analogue VU meters, distinctive silver controls and the classic late 1970s Technics styling.

The deck has been fully serviced and thoroughly tested and is working exactly as it should. It also sounds surprisingly good, clean, detailed and very enjoyable to listen to.
