Looks like your jumpers ain't connected between the hf/lf terminals - Tannoy bass drivers seldom fail with the tweeters still OK - Just a thought -

tweeters can be demonstrated.

i think they failed at same time, they were working before i put them away, and when I tried them 2 years later they did not work.
