Sony MDS-JE480 MDLP MiniDisc deck in silver, serviced and fully tested.

A new eject/loading belt has been fitted, so the tray opens and loads smoothly and reliably. Jog dial and front panel controls were also cleaned and are working correctly.

Playback tested, and recording confirmed in both SP and MDLP modes. Optical digital input and analog RCA input have both been tested successfully.

This is one of Sony’s later ATRAC4 Type-S MDLP decks, offering excellent playback quality, especially with LP2/LP4 recordings. A great choice for anyone looking for a reliable full-size home MiniDisc deck with MDLP support.

Display is bright and clear, all buttons working as expected. A few cosmetic marks from normal age and use, nothing major.

Includes original manual (non-English). No original remote included, but I have been using it successfully with a Logitech Harmony universal remote.

EU flat plug fitted.

A very nice late Sony deck and getting harder to find.
