Sennheiser HD 580 Precision headphones

Sennheiser HD 580 Precision - Vintage Audiophile Headphones - Made in Ireland
Selling my classic Sennheiser HD 580 Precision open-back headphones.
These are the legendary reference headphones that became the HD600 / HD650 - same drivers, same sound. Still used in studios worldwide for mixing and mastering.
Condition:
Fully working perfectly - both drivers sound great, balanced left/right, no crackle or distortion. Cable is original and in good condition.
Pads and headband show wear from age/use (see photos) - common on these. Still comfortable and totally usable, and replacement velour pad sets are £7-£12 on Amazon/eBay and take 2 minutes to fit if you want them mint. Price reflects this.
No original case/box.
Specs:
• Open-back, over-ear
• 300 ohm - audiophile / studio reference
• Made in Ireland version with Black Silk drivers
• 3.5mm jack + 6.3mm adapter
Ideal for studio, mixing, mastering, or serious hi-fi listening. New HD600s are £250+ - this is the classic version for a fraction.
