All servicing details are shown in the photos. Every part of this player has been carefully cleaned and serviced — not a speck of dust left behind.
1. Motor fully serviced and lubricated — one of the key things for stable tape playback and reducing wow and flutter. See photos.
2. Tape head cleaned and serviced — in excellent condition. See photos.
3. Recording function fully tested — including the recording cut-off switch. Recording is clear and works exactly as it should.
4. Built-in speaker — you can listen without headphones, making it much more convenient for everyday use.
5. Thoroughly cleaned throughout — every corner has been carefully cleaned. See photos.

Looking for a cassette player you can genuinely trust?
With a vintage cassette player this old, simply getting it to “work” is not enough. Without proper servicing and careful maintenance, you may never get the listening experience these machines are capable of.

My aim is not just “it works” — I want it to work properly and give you the experience you expect from a well-maintained vintage machine.

Since the recorder has mono output, when a stereo headphone is fully inserted, sound only comes from the left side. This is not a fault of the cassette player — it's simply how Recorder designed these mono models. By slightly pulling out the headphone plug (halfway), audio can be heard from both sides of the headphones.

The price is for the player only. Batteries and cassette are not included.

You are very welcome to test and listen to it when collecting. I will provide batteries and a cassette for testing, so you can check everything yourself before deciding to buy.
