This SL150 has been completely repainted with its standard stock (and rather drab) grey livery replaced with gorgeous metallic blue.

Originally sold without an arm, the SL-150 model was designed for audiophiles to customise with a tonearm of their choice.

It features a heavy, dampening chassis and arguably the best high-torque brushless DC motor ever made. It delivers highly accurate speed control with very low wow and flutter. A heavy 2.5kg die-cast aluminium alloy platter adds to stability.

This deck comes pre-fitted with a much-lauded Rega RB330 tonearm. Its rigid, single-piece tube design and low-friction bearings ensure the stylus can extract optimal detail from the record’s grooves.

To further unlock the arm's full potential, this RB330 has been upgraded with an underslung Michell TecnoWeight counterweight.

This premium modification lowers the tonearm's center of gravity and aligns the mass perfectly with the cartridge stylus. The result is drastically reduced internal resonance and rock-solid tracking stability.

Combined with the SL-150’s heavy, die-cast aluminum platter, this arm-and-weight pairing eliminates unwanted vibrations entirely.

Complete with independent pitch controls and an integrated strobe light, this vintage turntable is a one-off plug-and-play masterpiece.

An exceptionally rare opportunity to own a uniquely optimized, Japanese-engineered deck that sounds as incredible as it looks.

At the moment it is fitted with a brand new entry level Audio Technica VM95E cartridge, which offers superb performance for the price. Of course, a high quality cartridge will make this turntable sing - it’s so good, there’s no limit to how high on quality in terms of a cartridge you could go.
