For sale is a pair of large vintage KEF constructor / DIY loudspeakers built using high-quality British drivers and modern high-power 3-way crossovers.
Driver complement (per speaker):
2 × KEF B139 oval bass drivers (legendary deep-bass units)
1 × B&W MW150 midrange
1 × KEF T33 tweeter
All drivers are original, fully working, and free from rubbing or damage.

Air-core inductors
Polypropylene capacitors
High-wattage resistors
Adjustable mid and tweeter level controls
Rated for high power (up to ~300W)
Modified to suit the driver combination
Cabinets
Large, solid hand-built enclosures

Black front baffle with wood veneer cabinet
Grilles removed for best sound (not included)
Sound
These speakers produce a big, dynamic and authoritative sound, with excellent bass weight from the dual B139 woofers. Ideal for vintage solid-state or high-power amplification.

No voice-coil rub
Cabinets show normal age-related marks
Can be demonstrated on collection
