Appreciate your story, such a shame - the cheap aluminium drum spiders are notorious across the whole industry, a certainty to fail. They choose not to use Stainless!

@Stephen2697 when we bought it it was over 1200€ had something fixed under warranty after two years then the drum went as spider arms went on it. Was coming up to six years old was going to be a few hundred to fix. Due to age and price we can get them at now we just got a new one.
