Hand-built floorstanding speakers – high efficiency

Many modern speakers look impressive on paper — lots of measurements and specifications.
But when you actually sit down and listen, the music can feel a bit flat.

These speakers were built with a simple goal: to make music sound natural and engaging.

They are a 2-way floorstanding design using a 10” Seas paper woofer and a 1” Morel silk dome tweeter. Both drivers are well known in the audio world and work very well together.

The crossover was carefully tuned for these drivers so that the transition between bass and treble sounds smooth and natural.

The sound is open and spacious, with natural voices and instruments and solid, well-controlled bass. They work well with many kinds of music and remain easy to listen to for long sessions.

The cabinet uses a floor-coupled design, which helps the bass integrate naturally with the room.

With 94 dB sensitivity, the speakers are easy to drive and work very well with tube amplifiers and lower-power amplifiers.
