Such devices were called "Ghetto Blasters" in the late 1980s and early 1990s. CDs didn't exist yet, so people had to make do with radio and cassete recording. Today, it would probably be called a "Boombox."

What's impressive about this device: It has two cassette decks, allowing dubbing. And even more impressive: The decks still work perfect!

Nice feature: The built-in triple equalizer, which can provide fine sound adjustment at 100 Hz, 1 kHz, and 10 kHz.
